Welcome to prenatal nutrition support at your finger tips, in the comfort of your own home! Emily offers four GrowBaby online classes within the pregnancy time period: 1st-4th trimesters.
In the 4th trimester class
, Emily will focus on the nutritional needs of your developing baby now that they are in your arms, how to manage the most common challenges of the 4th trimester, including the breastfeeding and formula dance, and ways to support growth and development in your infant backed by the latest science and research in the field.
You will receive a powerpoint slide presentation
in PDF form for you note-taking enjoyment and to reference at a later date. After every class you will also receive a recording of the class
for your future reference. Following the one-hour of teaching
, Emily will spend 30 minutes on Q&A.

An hour long appointment in a clinical setting with a certified nutritionist costs any where from $200-$300. For all four classes, you are paying less than $100 for 6 hours of teaching with Q&A. The cost savings for these classes are incredible! And you get to learn and listen with women just like you who are sharing your parallel world. The best way to grow and learn is to do it together. Research has shown that learning and healing in group setting, even in an online group, markedly improves health results and consistency. Emily is ready to create this loving and supportive community with you!
